## The Challenge Bigfoot Adventures had outgrown their WordPress site. Pages loaded slowly, the backend was difficult for the team to manage, and the overall experience wasn't converting the traffic they were earning. For an adventure brand competing in a visual, experience-driven market, the site was a bottleneck. ## What We Did We rebuilt the site from the ground up on a modern JavaScript framework. The priority was speed — both in page load and in how easily the team could update content. Every template was designed with conversion in mind: clear calls to action, streamlined booking flows, and an information architecture built around how travellers actually research and book. On the CRO side, we audited the full conversion funnel, restructured key landing pages, and implemented tracking to measure what mattered. We also addressed technical SEO fundamentals — clean markup, structured data, and performance optimization — to protect and grow organic visibility. ## The Results The new site is measurably faster, significantly easier to manage, and built to convert. Organic search traffic saw a substantial uplift following launch, and on-site conversion rates improved as the booking experience caught up with the quality of the adventures themselves.
