Every first impression — in a store, on a feed, at a market — needed to make someone stop and pay attention. ## What We Did We ran a comprehensive branding engagement from strategy through execution. This started with brand positioning: defining who Cookies 254 is for, what makes them different, and how to communicate that consistently. Competitive analysis across Kenya's food and confectionery space informed the creative direction. From there, we built the full visual identity — logo, colour palette, typography, patterns, and graphic elements — with a particular emphasis on packaging design. For a food brand, packaging is the most important brand touchpoint. We designed it to be distinctive on a shelf, photogenic on social media, and consistent with the premium positioning.
